Therapy (MN residents only)

  • Provided by a licensed clinician — licensure requires the completion of a master’s degree in counseling or a related field, completion of thousands of hours of supervised, post master’s clinical practice, successful completion of national exam, and ongoing completion of continuing education to maintain licensure.

  • Only offered in the state(s) in which the clinician is licensed

  • Provides a comprehensive and clinical approach to assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health diagnoses

Coaching (worldwide)

  • No requirements or formal training required to work as coach. Licensed clinicians are generally qualified to provide coaching services (though do not work in any therapeutic capacity when providing coaching services.)

  • Providers are able to work with clients regardless of location

  • Does not provide assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health diagnoses

  • Focuses on action-oriented goal-setting and skill-building
